Commercial Inflatable Sales Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to commercial-grade inflatable product purchases, including bouncy castles, obstacle courses, combo inflatables, slides, water slides, interactive games, sports inflatables, and custom inflatable play structures sold by PartyBox Entertainment.
1. Purchase Process
After an order is placed, PartyBox Entertainment will review payment, product selection, specifications, delivery details, and availability. Payment confirmation may take 1–2 business days.
Once confirmed, custom inflatable products will move into production. Ready Stock items may ship faster depending on warehouse availability and order volume.
2. Production Time
Standard production time is generally 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Larger items such as obstacle courses, combo units, slides, or custom play structures may require additional production time.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or for large commercial orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
After production, the order will be shipped directly from our facility or warehouse network. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier availability, weather, remote address status, and cross-country transit.
- Western Canada: Approximately 21–25 days after shipment for many orders
- Eastern Canada: Approximately 25–35 days after shipment for many orders
- United States: Please contact us before ordering to confirm estimated delivery timing
4. Remote Addresses & Delivery Limitations
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations, limited-access delivery areas, islands, rural destinations, special delivery zones, or addresses requiring extra handling.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Re-delivery, storage, address corrections, or missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
5. Inspection Period
Buyers must thoroughly inspect the inflatable unit and included accessories immediately upon delivery. Any visible defects, missing parts, shipping damage, incorrect items, or blower issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
If no issue is reported within the inspection period and the product is used, the buyer accepts the delivered condition of the product for issues that were reasonably discoverable upon inspection.
6. Limited Warranty
A limited 60-day warranty applies to manufacturing defects that were not reasonably discoverable during the initial 7-day inspection period. Covered defects may include seam or stitching defects, material defects affecting safe operation, zipper defects, blower connector defects, or manufacturing faults.
Warranty remedies may include repair guidance, replacement parts, repair credit, or replacement at PartyBox Entertainment’s discretion.
7. Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper setup, improper takedown, or improper storage
- Damage from wind, rain, snow, sun exposure, water, heat, or harsh weather conditions
- Damage from dragging, sharp objects, pets, vandalism, overloading, or incorrect anchoring
- Normal wear and tear from commercial use
- Damage to blowers caused by water exposure, power surges, improper electrical connection, or misuse
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
8. Safety & Operation Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for safe setup, anchoring, supervision, operation, maintenance, cleaning, storage, and compliance with local rules, venue requirements, safety regulations, and insurance requirements.
Commercial inflatable products must be operated only by trained and responsible adults and must not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high wind, heavy rain, storms, or other hazardous conditions.
9. Insurance, Permits & Local Compliance
Buyers are responsible for determining whether their use of the product requires business insurance, event insurance, permits, inspections, safety certifications, municipal approvals, school approvals, or venue approval.
PartyBox Entertainment does not guarantee that a purchased inflatable product will satisfy every local, municipal, venue, school, insurance, or regulatory requirement in the buyer’s area.
10. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made commercial inflatables are final sale once production has started. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products, used products, opened products, or products that have been inflated, installed, or operated.
11. Limitation of Liability
PartyBox Entertainment is not responsible for injuries, property damage, business interruption, lost income, event cancellation, rental loss, or indirect damages arising from the buyer’s setup, operation, storage, supervision, weather decisions, or commercial use of the inflatable product.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Customers should contact PartyBox Entertainment before ordering if they have questions about production, shipping, warranty, safety, or commercial use.
