Payment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We accept cash, e-transfer, Credit card /Paypal and EFT (electronic funds transfer).

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service.

No, the 25% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

The balance is due on or before the event date, depending on your agreement.

Yes, you’re welcome to pay in full at booking if you prefer.

Cancellations forfeit the 25% deposit. Additional fees may apply based on timing. Please note that if you paid via credit card on our website, a 3.9% transaction fee will also apply and is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

We’ll provide the email address and instructions after booking confirmation.

Photobooth Rental

The booth, props, unlimited prints, and an attendant are all included.

A 10x10 ft area with access to a power outlet is ideal.

Yes, we can add your event name, date, or logo to the prints.

Most booths fit 6-8 people comfortably.

Setup takes about 30-45 minutes and is done before your event starts.

Yes, we can provide a link to an online gallery after the event upon request.

Yes, a friendly attendant stays to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Kids Entertainment Service

Face painting and airbrush tattoos take 3-5 minutes, balloon twisting 2-4 minutes, and caricatures 5-10 minutes per person.

Yes, we use non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and FDA-approved products for all services.

Absolutely! Our artists cater to all ages.

It varies: 12-15 for face painting, 15-20 for balloon twisting, 10-12 for airbrush tattoos, and 6-10 for caricatures.

Yes, all our bouncy castles meet safety standards, are regularly inspected, and set up by trained staff to ensure a secure experience.

Yes, delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental price within our service area.

A flat, grassy area or indoor space works best. We avoid uneven or rocky surfaces for safety.

Most of our units are designed for kids, but we have select models suitable for adults. Please ask when booking!

Standard rentals are for 4-6 hours, but extended rentals are available upon request.

If the weather is unsafe (heavy rain or strong winds), we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust based on our cancellation policy.

Yes, a standard electrical outlet is required for the blower. We provide extension cords if needed.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PartyBox Entertainment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made-to-Order)

Most items and services offered by PartyBox Entertainment are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, and returns are not accepted.

Mechanical Bull Rides, Inflatable Units, and other large-scale event equipment are built to order and classified as custom-manufactured goods. Once a deposit is made or production begins, these items are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-returnable. This includes all mechanical and electronic components, control systems, and branded modifications requested by the buyer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Production Begins: If you need to update artwork, colors, quantities, or event details, contact us immediately. Minor edits may be accommodated at our discretion.
  • After Production Has Started: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once materials are allocated or production has begun.
  • Deposits: All deposits and booking retainers are non-refundable.

Quality Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items)

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from your approved proof or specification, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number.

  • Upon verification, our remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item(s).
  • We do not offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items.
  • Claims submitted after the stated window or without required documentation may be denied.

Event Services (Delivery, Setup & On-Site)

  • Scheduling: Start times are scheduled in advance. Please ensure venue access (doors, loading, elevator clearance) and permissions are arranged.
  • Weather & Safety: For safety reasons, certain outdoor setups may be postponed or modified at our discretion. In such cases, we will offer a date change or comparable indoor alternative. Refunds are not provided.
  • No-Show / Late Access: If our team cannot complete setup due to venue inaccessibility, missing permits, or absent site contacts, the order is considered fulfilled; no refunds apply.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Tracking & Signature: Orders ship with tracking; signature may be required for higher-value shipments.
  • Damage in Transit: Report visible damage to the carrier at delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s).
  • Wrong/Insufficient Address: Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are not provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: custom or personalized goods, made-to-order products, used/opened items, clearance items, digital files, design work, and any product exposed to event use.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We investigate all claims and provide shipping, delivery, and production documentation as applicable. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to deny service for abusive or fraudulent activity.

How to Report an Issue

Legal

Shipping Policy

Overview

At PartyBoxTO, most items and services are custom-made or produced to order. Once production is complete, our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm the shipping schedule. If your order includes carrier tracking, a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Same-Day Rentals (Props, Photobooths, Fun Food Machines)

  • We provide same-day setup and pickup services for rentals such as props, photobooths, and fun food machines.
  • Standard rentals are for one day only. Extended rental periods are available upon request and subject to approval.
  • Please contact us in advance if you require additional rental time.

Production & Dispatch

  • Because many products are custom-made, production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Once production is finished, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm the shipping schedule.
  • When available, your tracking number will be shared immediately after dispatch.

Neon Sign Orders

We offer the following shipping options for Neon Signs:

  • FedEx, DHL, or UPS Expedited Shipping with Tracking for U.S. and worldwide delivery. Estimated transit time is 7–10 business days. Please contact us to arrange expedited or bulk shipping.

Inflatable & Large Equipment Orders

For Inflatable products, Mechanical Bull Rides, and other large-scale event equipment, we currently deliver within Canada & the United States. These items are shipped via LTL freight and include full insurance and tracking.

Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier scheduling. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote or pickup coordination.

Shipping Policy – United States

All orders are shipped from our Toronto distribution center to destinations across the United States. Large equipment such as Mechanical Bull Rides are transported via LTL freight and include insurance and tracking.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges for the United States start at $1,399 USD for oversized items. Exact rates are shown at checkout.
  • Custom freight quotes are available for bulk or multi-unit orders.

Carrier Delays & Risk of Loss

  • Transit times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or seasonal traffic.
  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately, then notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
