Buyers are required to thoroughly inspect the inflatable unit and the included air blower immediately upon delivery and must report any visible defects or missing parts within 7 days of delivery. If the buyer does not report any defects within this 7-day inspection period and proceeds to operate the unit, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the unit's condition and any resulting damages, injuries, or operational failures. The seller will not be liable for any claims made after this inspection period for defects that were reasonably discoverable during inspection. A limited 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects not reasonably detectable during the inspection period will still apply.

Warranty claims will only be honored if the unit, including the blower, was used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and maintained in a proper manner.
If a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty is reported within the 60-day warranty period, we will provide a replacement unit of the same model at no additional cost to the buyer. The buyer may be required to provide photo or video evidence of the defect to facilitate the claim process. If a replacement unit of the same model is not available, we will provide an equivalent model of equal or greater value at our discretion.
For warranty claims made within the 60-day warranty period, buyers are required to provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect for evaluation. The seller will assess whether the reported defect is due to a manufacturing fault or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors during use. Replacement units or repair kits will only be provided at no cost if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault. The seller reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution method, which may include providing a repair kit or replacement unit.

Failure to Inspect and Operate Safely: If the buyer fails to inspect the inflatable unit and included equipment within the required 7-day inspection period and proceeds to use the unit, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the unit’s condition and safe operation. The seller shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of the unit where the buyer failed to inspect the unit prior to use or failed to operate the unit in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and local safety regulations.
We do not provide liability insurance for the operation or rental use of the inflatable units. Buyers, especially those using the units for commercial rental or public events, are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate liability insurance to cover any potential risks associated with inflatable use.
Returns are not accepted except as provided under the 7-day inspection period for initial defects or under the limited 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Approved claims will result in repair or replacement of the unit with the same model or equivalent at our discretion.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
